Please note that the website www.denkali.com and instances thereof, including any and all related mobile applications (“Website”) between Anthill Spaces Private Limited (“Company/Denkali/We”) and the users of the Website (“you/your/yourself/user”) describe the terms on which the Company offers you access to the Website which will govern your use and registration with the Website.

By using this Website, you agree to the Terms of Use along with any other conditions and notices contained herein. These Terms of Use constitute an electronic record, which does not require to be physically signed to indicate your acceptance. 2.1 As a registered member of the Denkali, your name, contact details, address, email-id become automatically saved in the “Account” section of the Website that can be accessible only by you. You can track all your orders by logging in to your “Account” section with the user id and password set by you. Further, if you choose to opt for our email updates, all information regarding new additions to the Website about our products and services, as well as promotional scheme, will be emailed to you at regular intervals.

2.2 You will be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the Account Information and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your Account. You agree to (a) immediately notify Denkali of any unauthorized use of your Account Information or any other breach of security, and (b) ensure that you exit from your Account at the end of each session. 5. User Obligations

5.1 You agree to provide correct and accurate credit / debit card / net banking/ e-wallet details to the approved payment gateway for purchasing any Products and/or availing Services. You shall not use the credit / debit card which is not lawfully owned by you, i.e. in any transaction, you must use your own credit / debit card / net banking/ e-wallet. The information provided by you will not be utilized or shared with any third party unless required in relation to fraud verifications or by law, regulation or court order. You will be solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your credit / debit card/ net banking/ e-wallet details. Denakli expressly disclaims all liabilities that may arise as a consequence of any unauthorized use of your credit / debit card/ net banking/ e-wallet.

8.4 Denkali owns all intellectual property rights to the trademark "Denkali" and variants thereof, and the domain name, including, without limitation, any and all rights, title and interest in and to copyright, related rights, patents, utility models, designs, know-how, trade secrets and inventions (patent pending), goodwill, source code, meta tags, databases, text, content, graphics, icons, and hyperlinks.

9. Disclaimer of Warranty and Liability

You expressly understand and agree that, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

9.1 You shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless Denkali from and against any and all losses, liabilities, claims, damages, demands, costs and expenses (including legal fees and disbursements in connection therewith and interest chargeable thereon) asserted against or incurred by Denkali that arise out of, result from, or may be payable by virtue of, any breach of any representation, warranty, covenant or agreement made or obligation to be performed by you pursuant to these Terms or any additional terms applicable to purchase of products and/or services, or any violation of the Terms and/or terms of offer for sale or other terms and conditions relating to the use of the Website and the purchase of products.

10. Violation of Terms of Use

11. Termination

The Terms will continue to apply until terminated by either you or Denkali as set forth below.

The arbitration will be conducted on an expedited basis before a single arbitrator appointed by Anthill Spaces Private Limited in accordance with the provisions of the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitrators award shall be substantiated in writing and will be final and binding on you and Anthill Spaces Private Limited. Subject to the above, you agree to submit yourself to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts in Mumbai, India.

Warranty Policy

We are confident of our products and offer a 5 years manufacturing warranty for all our products. This warranty is limited to manufacturing defects of woodwork. For hardware, the manufacturer’s warranty is extended to you.

Warranty Terms and Conditions

  • Our warranties start from the time your product has been delivered and installed
  • Please reach out to our customer care team to make a claim for warranties
  • For making a claim the original invoice needs to be made available
  • Once the warranty claim is approved, the said product will be either repaired or replaced. The value of the replaced product will not exceed the purchase price of the original product
  • The repaired or replaced product will not be an exact replica of the original product given the variations in different batches of material used
  • In case the original product has been cleaned with wrong methods or products, altered, misused or tampered with the warranty is null and void
  • Normal usage, wear and tear, scratches, damages with accidents or impacts are not covered under warranty
  • Please do not place products in direct sunlight or in humid conditions as this will lead to damage and warranty is not applicable in such conditions
  • Our expert teams decision on warranty validity or damage is final and binding on customers
  • Warranty terms and conditions are fixed, non-negotiable, non-transferable and only benefits the original customers of the product.
