Please note that the website www.denkali.com and instances thereof, including any and all related mobile applications (“Website”) between Anthill Spaces Private Limited (“Company/Denkali/We”) and the users of the Website (“you/your/yourself/user”) describe the terms on which the Company offers you access to the Website which will govern your use and registration with the Website.

2.1 As a registered member of the Denkali, your name, contact details, address, email-id become automatically saved in the “Account” section of the Website that can be accessible only by you. You can track all your orders by logging in to your “Account” section with the user id and password set by you. Further, if you choose to opt for our email updates, all information regarding new additions to the Website about our products and services, as well as promotional scheme, will be emailed to you at regular intervals.

9. Disclaimer of Warranty and Liability

Warranty Policy

We are confident of our products and offer a 2 years manufacturing warranty for all our products. This warranty is limited to manufacturing defects of woodwork. For hardware, the manufacturer’s warranty is extended to you.

Warranty Terms and Conditions

  • Our warranties start from the time your product has been delivered and installed
  • Please reach out to our customer care team to make a claim for warranties
  • For making a claim the original invoice needs to be made available
  • Once the warranty claim is approved, the said product will be either repaired or replaced. The value of the replaced product will not exceed the purchase price of the original product
  • The repaired or replaced product will not be an exact replica of the original product given the variations in different batches of material used
  • In case the original product has been cleaned with wrong methods or products, altered, misused or tampered with the warranty is null and void
  • Normal usage, wear and tear, scratches, damages with accidents or impacts are not covered under warranty
  • Please do not place products in direct sunlight or in humid conditions as this will lead to damage and warranty is not applicable in such conditions
